Our response to the "Online Harms" white paper

In April 2019, the UK government published an "Online Harms" White Paper, and launched a consultation seeking feedback on its proposals.


Clean Up the Internet has submitted a response to the consultation. We focus on the ways in which unrestricted anonymity can be a major factor encouraging bad behaviour online, and make some initial suggestions for how this could be addressed.
